I just purchased Bob Breen's new book 'How to build a world class jab'. Like his other books; Fighting, Sparring and Power Punching, Bob manages to distil his vast knowledge and expertise down to the essence of the topic. Here he covers not only the Jab in all its varieties, but also the supporting skills that set the Jab up. The book is full of colour photos expanding on the text, plus links to video clips where he demonstrates many of the points he makes. It is a really comprehensive investigation of the Jab with practical application at the heart of it. A great investment for anyone wanting to improve their skills like me.
